limited to local transactions, and representation is available for projects and
transactions anywhere in the United

We offer
“overflow” outside counsel services to clients for with projects that cannot be
serviced by regular in-house or outside counsel. We also accept
referrals from other law firms when conflicts of interest arise, or where
in-depth real estate and leasing experience is not available within the firm.

Depending on the
nature of the matter involved, fees may be based on a competitive hourly rate
that compares very favorably to other firms offering similar services, a flat
“project” rate, a “hybrid” flat rate/hourly structure, a monthly retainer,
etc.
Discounted rates
are available for clients with volume business such as multiple leases, new
concept development and roll-out, brokerage referrals, etc. Fees are
always jointly determined in advance on a case-by-case basis to provide the
best, most cost-efficient services for each particular client.
