Services and Fees

Services offered include consultation, preparation, and negotiation of letters of intent, and commercial leases of all types.  The office has broad experience with the American Industrial Real Estate Association forms, for use when appropriate.  

The office represents both franchisors and franchisees in lease negotiations for franchise concepts, including restaurants, retail, and service uses.

Our services include legal consultation for brokers and real estate professionals requiring legal advice on specific issues.  The firm maintains very positive relations with major brokerage firms nationally and locally.

The firm also specializes in representation and roll-out of “start-up” retail concepts, from initial strategic issues and considerations to brokerage referrals and lease drafting and negotiation services.  We are proud to have represented many successful new companies and concepts bring their vision to market.   

Services are not limited to local transactions, and representation is available for projects and transactions anywhere in the United States.  

We offer “overflow” outside counsel services to clients for with projects that cannot be serviced by regular in-house or outside counsel.   We also accept referrals from other law firms when conflicts of interest arise, or where in-depth real estate and leasing experience is not available within the firm.


About Our Fees:
The firm is proud to offer a work product that is comparable in quality to any major law firm, but at a far more competitive fee structure. 
Our low overhead and focused representation provides the flexibility to structure fees to meet our client’s varying needs.

Depending on the nature of the matter involved, fees may be based on a competitive hourly rate that compares very favorably to other firms offering similar services, a flat “project” rate, a “hybrid” flat rate/hourly structure, a monthly retainer, etc.  

Discounted rates are available for clients with volume business such as multiple leases, new concept development and roll-out, brokerage referrals, etc.  Fees are always jointly determined in advance on a case-by-case basis to provide the best, most cost-efficient services for each particular client.
