Biography
Donald W. Dvorin has
exclusively practiced shopping center and commercial real estate law with a
focus on retail and commercial leasing since 1984.
Prior to starting his own
law firm, Mr. Dvorin was an associate from 1999 to 2006 with The Krasnove
Law Firm, a nationally-known firm specializing in shopping center and commercial
transactional real estate, where his practice emphasized shopping center,
commercial, office and industrial leasing for institutional and entrepreneurial
clients such as Westfield, The Irvine Company, Madison Marquette, Center Oak
Properties, Foursquare Development, and many others.
From 1984 to 1996, Mr.
Dvorin served as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal and Business
Affairs for Del Amo Fashion Center, one of the largest super-regional enclosed
malls in the nation. He has vast experience in drafting and negotiating retail,
office and commercial leases with a wide range of national, regional and local
tenants. Mr. Dvorin received the
International Council of Shopping Centers' CLS Certification as a Certified
Leasing Specialist in 1997. His practice currently focuses exclusively on shopping
center and retail leasing and related transactional real estate matters,
including restaurants, in-line specialty stores, big box users, theatres and office
leasing.
