Mr. Dvorin has successfully negotiated leases with landlords including The Irvine Company, Westfield USA, Kimco, Festival, Regency Centers, JMB Properties, and most other national and regional developers.

Among thousands of leasing deals he has worked on, Mr. Dvorin has negotiated multiplex theater leases with operators such as AMC and United Artists; big box deals with junior department stores and specialty retailers such as Ross, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Target, Linens N Things, Ralphs, Rite Aid, etc.; health club leases with Planet Fitness, Equinox, 24 Hour Fitness, and L.A. Fitness; automotive service facility leases with Bridgestone/Firestone, Goodyear, etc.; “celebrity chef” flagship restaurants, casual service restaurants, fast food facilities; office leases; out-parcel and pad leases, street-front retail and service tenant leases, and high-end luxury retailers such as Tiffany, etc.  He has represented chain store operators, restaurateurs, entrepreneurial landlords and tenants of all sizes, apparel retailers, franchise operations of all types, and mixed use projects of all types, including suburban multi-anchor power centers, urban mixed use projects, etc.
